We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched the same day; all others go out within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
After dispatch, we send you a courier tracking number. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your order number (for example #BA-2026-XXXXX) and our team will give you a live update.
Every Bin Aslam watch is inspected, securely packed, and fully insured in transit — so it arrives exactly as it should.
If you’re not completely happy, you can return or exchange your watch within 7 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
Every watch comes with a 1-year warranty covering the movement against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something goes wrong, bring the watch to our Rawalpindi store or contact us and we’ll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated rating, or normal wear of straps and glass.
