Yes. Every watch we sell is inspected and verified authentic before dispatch — we never sell replicas. Each order comes with our written authenticity guarantee and a 1-year warranty.
Absolutely. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay in cash when your watch arrives. We also accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and Visa and Mastercard.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered in 2–4 working days depending on your city. You’ll get a tracking update once your order ships.
Delivery is free on all orders over Rs 4,999. For orders below that, a small flat delivery fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange. If the watch is unworn and in its original packaging, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return, exchange or refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Every watch includes a 1-year warranty covering the movement against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong under normal use, bring it to our Rawalpindi store or contact us and we’ll repair or replace it.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp. You can also message us anytime with your order number (e.g. #BA-2026-XXXXX) and we’ll update you.
Yes! Visit us at Shop F1, Basement, Qadeer Plaza, College Road, Rawalpindi, Monday to Saturday, 11am–9pm. You’re welcome to try on watches before you buy.
